✦ Return & Damages Policy
Each original piece you purchase is part of a deeply personal and intentional journey — handcrafted by me, Donna O'Neal, to reflect culture, beauty, and identity. Because of the nature of my work, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
✧ Damages
If your print arrives torn, punctured, or visibly damaged, I will gladly replace it.
To be eligible for a replacement:

Send a well-lit video showing the damage to egun.artistry@gmail.com

Include your order number in the subject line

Submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery
Please inspect your art upon arrival and reach out right away if there’s an issue — I want to make it right.
Each order includes tracking, and I assess lost or severely damaged packages case by case, especially for one-of-a-kind originals. I may also file a claim through the shipping courier’s insurance if applicable.
✧ Exceptions
Because my art is made with care and intention, I do not accept returns on:

If you have a question about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
✧ Exchanges
All sales are final. However, if your piece is damaged and a replacement is available, I’ll send a new one once the issue is confirmed.
✧ EU Customers (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. Email egun.artistry@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Please note: Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for EU returns under this policy.
